Joel Greig

 

Joel has worked as a Role Player and Facilitator since 2003. The majority of that work has been in the public sector, including local and national government and the NHS. He has delivered training for construction workers, local government officers, lawyers, managers in most sectors, up to board level directors of FTSE 100 companies – with a particular focus on understanding personal impact and behaviours. 

 

He has designed and delivered a number of interventions on, for example, Emotional Intelligence, Courageous Conversations, Equality & Diversity and worked 1-2-1 using both Role Playing and Coaching skills to enable participants to identify for themselves their areas of development and strength. 

 

As part of the Korn Ferry consortium he has delivered programmes for Senior Civil Servants including High Impact Communications and Storytelling and is part of the faculty for the Leadership Programme for NHS Digital. Since November 2015 he has lead on the Inspiring Leaders programme for senior leaders at Cambridge Assessment – a 6-month global development programme for their top 250 leaders, which includes coaching and facilitating Action Learning sets.

 

He was a member of the faculty of the Frontline programme for Nurses and Midwives for the NHS Leadership Academy in 2014-15 as well as delivering elements of the Top Leaders and Senior Operational Leaders programmes.
